How fast will my order arrive?

We ship in 1–2 business days. USPS usually delivers in 3–5. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Where do you ship?

We ship to states where hemp-derived products are legal. We do not ship to CA, CO, WA, ID, OR.

What is your return policy?

First time buyer and not feeling it? If its within 14 days of delivery, see our refund policy and contact support.

Safety & Compliance

Is HIGROOV legal?

Yep — Our products align with federal guidelines under the 2018 Farm Bill (<0.3% THC by dry weight). Legal grooves only.
Will HIGROOV show up on a drug test?

Yes. THC is THC. If you’re tested, assume HIGROOV will wave back at the results.
Do I have to be 21 to purchase these groovy products?

Yes. Adults only. ID verification is performed during the checkout process. Sorry, little homies.

What happens if I fail age verification?

All orders require age verification at checkout. If your information cannot be verified, your order will be automatically refunded in full and will not be shipped.

If you believe your verification failed in error (for example, if your ID photo was blurry or information was entered incorrectly), you’re welcome to retry your purchase with corrected information.
Can I take this if I’m pregnant, nursing, or on meds?

Will this get me “high”?

Yes, thats kind of the point. However, our products use fast-acting water soluble THC, which is typically a less intense feeling than if you were to take an edible. The intensity for you depends on your metabolism and how often you use THC.

We used a dosage suited for exercise by providing an elevated feel without being overwhelming.
Are your cannabinoids naturally derived?
